Dear Bob, I am writing to you with my gratitude in response to your
prompt handling of the replacement of some volumes of video tapes on
which I demanded to do so because of the damages on them, which might
have been caused in the process of shipment. Despite the fact that I
have the limited proficiency in the aural comprehension of your
language, the contents of your instruction videos have provided me with
a lot of food for thought and have been instructive and enlightening to
me. In our country, Japan, I don't think it would be possible for
us to come by the video like yours. Especially, I am very
impressed with the quality of the tools you have used in the
video. They are certainly indicative of your expertise and the
excellent skills you have. These videos should be the treasure for
every "safecracker."
